Communication is brilliant, we had a minor issue on one truck, which James actually pointed out to us; then continued to resolve no problem and quickly(we needed the vehicle that week) working with us on convenient timing. "Brilliant from the onset, phone was picked up straight away and very accommodating to come and view and test drive at short notice. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I arrived and all as described, photographed and videoed making my inspection in person easy and efficient. James is a top man, I knew when I met him this is someone I want to buy a car from and 75% of the decision to purchase was already made before I even looked at the vehicle. He set a nice tone for the appointment, he's honest, open and professional, no pressure no hanging around really easy going and chilled. The whole experience from start to finish was free from hassle and stress and it was super efficient - just how car buying should be. Communication was great and I would have no problem recommending JCW Car sales to anyone and would certainly buy a car from James again should the opportunity arise. Nice one."
